Casa Betti di Frontignano is approximately 1-1/2 hours from
Rome, 2 hours from Florence, 30 minutes from Perugia, Orvieto,
Terni, Lake Trasimeno and about 40 minutes to Assisi. Cortona
and Sienna are about 1 hour away in Tuscany.
From Rome: Take the A1 to the E45 exiting
at the Orvieto-Todi exit. From Northern Italy:
Take the autostrada towards Perugia then the E45 towards
Terni exiting at the Orvieto-Baschi
(Ponte Rio) exit.
From Orvieto: Take the SS448 to Todi-Pian di Porto to Frontignano
By Train: Trains run from Rome to Orvieto
where you can rent a car and drive to Frontignano.

Payment Details:
U.S. dollars and Euros are accepted for payment. The U.S.
Federal Reserve daily currency exchange rates are used to
determine the amount of the U.S. dollar.
Reservation: Upon your reservation request, a 40% deposit
is required to reserve the rental unit. Upon receipt of your
deposit, a rental agreement will be sent to you.
Cancellation Policy: If you cannot make your reservation
date, we will attempt to re-rent the unit. If re-rented,
your payment will be refunded less a 200 euro cancellation
fee. If we are unable to re-rent the unit, the rental amount
is forfeited.
Security Deposit: A security deposit of 250 euros in cash
is due upon arrival. This will be returned to you upon departure
less any damages.
