Casa Betti is an old two story country house that sits on an
acre of land (with fruit and walnut trees) in the beautiful county
side of Umbria in the village of Fronigano which is 6KM from Todi
Italy.
The top level of the house is where the owner of Casa Betti
di Frontigano
lives
when
they
are in Italy.
Vacation Accomodations - The
lower level of the country house has been newly built,
but still retains its old world charm flavor. The vacation
rental has its own private entrance and features two bedrooms,
bathroom,
living
room and
kitchen with dishwasher. The house will sleep four plus two.
You enter from the side of the house off the driveway into a living
room with great views of the rolling countryside. The kitchen is
to the right and the bathroom and two bedrooms are off the living
room area. The floors are all tiled in hues of earthy colors and
the bathroom in hues of grays.
The kitchen is complete with dishes, silverware, pots and pans,
coffee pots, toaster, utensils, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher,
kitchen towels, plenty of cabinets and a table that seats six people.
The bathroom has a large walk-in tile shower
and is complete with sink, water closet (toilet), bidet, towels
and
hair dryer.
The two bedrooms are large with ceiling fans
and each is furnished with a queen size bed and armoire. One bedroom
faces south and
one faces north. Each bedroom has views of the beautiful Umbrian
countryside.
The living room faces north with views overlooking the
land and
the rolling hills of the central Tiber River Valley. It is a warm,
cozy room with its furnishings and has a television, DVD player
(for movies and CD’s) and books for reading while enjoying
your stay at Casa Betti di Frontignano.
There are two outside patios, one with a barbeque that
overlooks the yard with picturesque views of vineyards, olive trees
and rolling
hills.
The other patio is ideal for enjoying an alfresco dinner, a glass
of wine or just relaxing.
